District Attorney Tim Morgan is retiring after 35 years of service in the Madison County District Attorney's Office, the last 17 of which he served as the elected District Attorney for the 23rd Judicial Circuit. Morgan will stay on as Supernumerary District Attorney. Robert L. Broussard has been appointed by the Governor to succeed Morgan as District Attorney. Broussard is the current Deputy District Attorney and has 21 years experience in the office. |
