Our office offers several solutions to your case other than arrest. You may qualify for deferred prosecution if you pay your balance in full. You may also qualify to sign a restitution agreement setting up a payment plan, allowing you the opportunity to pay your obligations on a structured basis. If you would like to make a payment, you may mail a cashiers check, money order, or certified check to the Madison County District Attorney's Office at 100 N. Side Square, Huntsville, Alabama, 35801 (Please do not mail cash). Please include your case number when making a payment. We also accept payments in person at our office.
